A Vintage Theater Lithograph for the pantomime "Sinbad the Sailor" from the 1930s enacting Sinbad's thrilling adventures. (Although it does appear to be a girl in this poster)

The tales of Sinbad are a relatively late addition to the One Thousand and One Nights tales. Sinbad is a fictional mariner hailing from Baghdad.  In the course of seven voyages throughout the seas east of Africa and south of Asia, he has fantastic adventures in magical realms, encountering monsters and witnessing supernatural phenomena.
