Bata

Coming from a family of shoemakers with 300 years of experience in crafting shoes, Thomas Bata founded the Bata shoe company in Czechoslovakia in 1894.  In the 1960's, around the time whenthis poser was produced, Australian kids walk to school in a pair of Bata shoes, known by their parents as quality footwear at an affordable price. In this poster Auriac has featured a lady and man taking a step forward with the slogan ..."Not a step without Bata". 

This poster has been professionally framed with museum glass.
