This risque poster advertises the new revue by Helene Martini. featuring her as a nude showgirl with a discretely placed orange feather boa.

Helene Martini (aka The Empress of the Night) was a showgirl who managed the Folies Bergere from 1974-2000.  She purchased Folies Bergere in 1977 together with Hungarian set and costume designer Michel Gyarmathy.
