Folies en Fetes

Located at 32 Rue Richer in the 9th Arrondissement, the Folies Bergère is known for its lavish, mildly risqué entertainment.  This poster for the 1964 performance, Folies en Fetes, features a bejewelled "Vamp".  Adorned in white feathers, extravagant makeup, black gloves and seamed stockings, she exudes the baroque appeal that made Folies Bergère famous.
