Help To Grow Grow To Help is a poster for a health education campaign, run by the American Hospital Association, to encourage children to consider a career in healthcare.  

It depicts a cartoon-style young boy holding a stethoscope to a tree trunk which is wrapped in a bandage and was distributed as part of a kit of posters used to promote employment opportunities in health care.
