Les Maitres de L'Affiche Plate # 65: "Night party ball" this carefree young lady appears to be literally "having a ball".  With fireworks in the red night sky, she and other revellers appear to be dancing the night away at Jardin de Paris, the summer outpost of Le Moulin Rouge. 
Joseph Oller, owner of the Moulin Rouge, took over the Jardin de Paris, which remained a popular nocturnal destination until it's close in 1914
