L'Aperitif Nuxy

According to 'Difford's guide for discerning drinkers', L'Aperitif Nuxy is a french liqueur made from green walnuts, crushed and pressed to release their juice.  This juice is mixed with a neutral spirit and aged in oak casks for three to four years.  After ageing the spirit is blended with brandies including cognac and armagnac.

The Benoit Serres family has made Eau de Noix Serres since 1841.
