No, not the charismatic and rebellious candlestick from Disney’s animated film Beauty and the Beast, Lumière (which translates as "light") was a progressive photographic film company of the 1930’s that developed and patented the Autochrome Lumière color plate process in 1903. Here they are highlighting their highly praised colour processing featuring a colourful print of a young girl with the suggestion “French film for all weathers”
