New South Wales (Waratah)

In the 1960s, NSW tourism was less organised and sophisticated than today.   As air travel increased and became more available interest in domestic and international travel was rapidly growing.  For this poster, the NSW Department of Tourist Activities drew on NSW's gorgeous floral emblem, the Waratah, to promote NSW as a desirable destination.
