Ovignac Senglet, which is made in Switzerland, is a brand of cream liqueur, specifically "egg cognac". Renowned as a cream-type liqueur it is made with a fine egg spirit combined with French Cognac (a type of brandy made exclusively in the Cognac region of France and aged in French Oak barrels). It is typically enjoyed slightly chilled and can be used to enhance desserts. 

To emphasize the fact that it is an ëgg cognac", the artist, Hans Peter Somme, has chosen to depict the liqueur bottle in this striking image finely balanced on an egg, which, in turn, is balanced on the point of a rooster's beak.
