Rallye Adriatique

In August 1952  Rallye Adriatique (an international motor-sport event) used roads along the Adriatic coast.

In this promotional poster we see the route featuring a red car and a drawing of Dubrovnik Old Town (Yougoslavie - now Croatia and of course one of the settings for Game of Thrones)
