United - Sau Paulo

Teatro Municipal de San Paulo, depicted here, is regarded as one of the city's most significant landmarks, significant both for its architectural value as well as its historical importance,  Presenting 88 operas of Italian, French, Brazilian, and German origins during its early years, it’s most significant event was not an opera, but the Week of Modern Art that occurred in 1922.

The poster is part of a set of United Äirlines travel posters that we have available. They are a wonderful piece of aviation and advertising history as posters such as these hung on the walls of travel agencies, as well as UAL offices worldwide.
