Vers La France

Depicting a classic Parisian scene of a young woman at a flower market with the Eiffel Tower in the background, this travel poster "Towards France" appears to have been commissioned by the Maritime Company of Chargeurs Réunis (a shipping company operating out of Le Havre].  The artist, Albert Brenet spent his life sailing the oceans of the world as the French Navy's official artist.
